Your charity volunteer work helps support our orphanage and bring hope to orphan children in the areas worst affected by poverty around the world. Your ongoing support as Orphans in Need volunteers ensures we can continue our work providing resources to orphans and the orphanages that need help. We are grateful for all our fundraising and orphanage volunteers to enable us to bring food, clothing, warmth and provide access to education and medical care for our orphans and widows.

I understand as a volunteer, I may become privy to confidential information about Orphans in Need, its associated organisations, its overseas partners and its donors.

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information marked 'confidential' as well as any information about Orphans in Need or the charity’s internal procedures, business operations, existing or prospective donor information, proprietary business information, personnel information and the like that is not otherwise publicly disclosed by Orphans in Need.

In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, I agree that Orphans in Need may hold and use personal information about me for volunteering reasons and to keep in touch with me. This information, including that contained in this form can be stored on both manual or computer files. It will be held securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.
